Qigong is a regular exercise that need to be practised daily or alternate day. It is best practise in the morning from 6:30am to 10am and if this timing is not available evening practise from 4pm to 10pm is another alternative.

It can be practise alone but in a group the energy can be stronger and benefit better for the participants.
2) Qigong Demonstration
Qigong demonstration is organise in community event and station aniversary.

If you are interested to arrange for demonstration please contact the Association and will be pleased to do a demonstration without any charges within Singapore.
3) Qigong Mass Exercise
Qigong Mass Exercise is conduct on a yearly basis in Malaysia or Singapore where more than a thousand practisers gather to practise qigong.

The last Qigong Mass Exercise was conducted in Hong Lim Park, Singapore on 7th December 2014 and the next event will be held in Selangor in 2015. This exercise is also know as Thousand people exercise where such strong energy is being generate and benefit the participants.
